Plato HQ conference -

  • OPAV provided a three screen setup utilizing projection for all three screens.

    • The center screen could be used as a stage backdrop and for content.

    • The side screens were used for content & Imag.

  • We built a stage extension at a lower height from the built in stage.

  • Added supplemental lighting and audio arrays.

  • Suspended black drape between the projection screens.

  • Uplighting throughout the venue.

  • Full show crew for a successful run of show.

Langchain interrupt conference

  • OPAV provided full AV support including three large 2.3mm LED walls for dense content, and four skinny columns for a scenic element.

Slack Spec Conference

  • OPAV provided full AV, Lighting, & Staging for GS & Breakouts.

  • Multiscreen setup allowing panoramic video scenery, content, & IMag.

Paradigm Frontiers Conference

  • OPAV provided three large projections screens.

  • Remote PTZ cameras and full livestreaming & recording of the event

All Raise VC Summit

  • OPAV supplemented the existing Midway AV with two outboard projection screens while utilizing the center existing LED wall.

  • Provided all GFX & Playback computers, video switching, and presenter support.

  • Supplemental audio microphones and com systems.

  • Camera packages for IMag & archival records.

  • Teleprompting services.

Security Summit
